Marc joined Customer Alignment after more than three decades of leadership roles in the City, culminating in Heading the UK, Ireland, Middle East and North African operations of a major insurance company.  Marc’s clients have been many and varied over his career including government entities, global FTSE 100/Fortune 500 corporations as well as creating and delivering consulting solutions for SME private and public companies.

Marc now specialises in supporting businesses prepare and deliver on their change initiatives in an executive and non-executive capacity, he also coaches and mentors senior leaders and their teams as they seek to realise the value of their investments. 

The Customer Alignment business is committed to helping clients listen and understand their customers through deep analytical-based insights; providing CX consultancy advice to create (positively!) memorable experiences and working deeply with clients to align their organisation and employees around the customer.
